Meet Our Management Team
Mick Kavanagh
Managing Partner
Mick has in excess of 35 years experience working at all levels within the Health, Social Care and Community sector.
Previous roles have included;
Director of Safeguarding - National Organisation
Director of Services - National Cancer Service
Senior Project Executive - International Disability Service
Director of Services - Disability Service
Training and Regional Manager - National Brain Injury Service
With a background in Nursing, Mick has extensive management and facilitation experience. He has both worked with and supported a wide range of organisations ranging from small start up voluntaries to large National services.
Mick has led a diverse range of projects including Service Development and Commissioning, Evaluation, Policy formation, Investigation, Strategic Planning and Board/Management facilitation.
He has presented at all levels both nationally and internationally.
Carrie O' Keeffe
Managing Partner
Carrie has over 10 years experience working within the Health, Social and Private sector.
Previous roles have included;
Regional Project Manager for the Refugee Response in the South East- National Organisation
Lead International Content Marketing Executive
Management of restaurants, pubs and cafes
Carrie has obtained QQI level 6 Train the Trainer, an International Languages degree, a Higher Diploma in International Business and a Master in Science in Supply Chain Management having majored in Strategic and Performance Management.
